Job Title

Senior Engineering Manager


You will play a pivotal role in spearheading innovative engineering solutions to complex problems. As a senior technical leader, you will provide high-quality design services to clients. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving project success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and perform engineering design reviews, training, and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Manage, coordinate, and control major projects.
  • Maintain good client relations and work closely with other engineering divisions and external partners.
  • Participate in the tendering of projects and lead in providing engineering solutions and strategy to complex problems.

Strong analytical skills and knowledge of design software are required for this role.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University and eligibility for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).
  • More than 8 years of working experience in engineering design consulting practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of design software.
