Job Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned departments, including Technician and Associate Engineer positions.
  • Source prospective candidates through various methods, including social recruiting channels, networking, and direct sourcing.
  • Arrange and evaluate interviews, manage hiring expectations, and track recruitment dashboard and status.
  • Manage system onboarding process, collect documentation for HR filing, and assist with recruitment events and programs.
  • Work closely with HR teams on recruitment processes and hand over of new hires after system onboarding.

Employer Branding and Campus Recruitment:

  • Support university relations and campus recruitment initiatives, employee referral and ambassador programs, multitier employer branding strategy, and social media marketing and analytics.
  • Partner with key HR and business stakeholders to deliver a consistent, best-in-class employee experience across markets.
  • Collaborate with different departments for strategic recruitment marketing targeting urgent and niche roles.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years' in-house recruitment experience.
  • Experience recruiting for Semiconductor or Electronics industry is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage all levels of stakeholders, including Engineers, Managers, and Department Heads.
  • Team player with strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Highly driven individual who can work independently.
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
