As a Digital Partnerships Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and strategic relevance of a digital ecosystem. This includes partnerships with digital platforms, public and private organisations, and content creators.
- Develop and iterate digital partnership strategies in line with evolving business goals and platform priorities.
- Conduct ecosystem mapping and market scans to identify high-value partnership opportunities.
- Design personalised partnership models that drive impact among jobseekers, mid-career professionals, and growth sectors.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading end-to-end partner engagement, from pipeline development and value proposition pitching to contract negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management.
- Lead cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Structure and manage ecosystem or multi-party partnerships.
- Troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution between internal and external teams.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or platform growth.
- A proven track record of onboarding external partners and managing cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, relationship building, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
