Job Description

As a seasoned transformation leader, you will partner with senior executives and teams to drive high-impact projects. You will design and facilitate leadership development sessions, apply our proprietary methodology to address human factors influencing organizational success, and lead consulting teams through strategic engagements.

Key responsibilities include coaching senior executives, facilitating workshops, managing client relationships, and navigating complex organizational landscapes. A strong background in management consulting or a transformation-focused role is essential for this position.

Experience working with multinational companies and complex global environments is highly valued. Commercially savvy and entrepreneurial-minded individuals who can build credibility at the C-suite level are ideal candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of managing consulting engagements with budgets over $1M+
  • Experience coaching senior executives and facilitating high-level workshops
  • Strong consulting acumen with prior experience in client and project management
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort working across diverse industries and cultures
  • Flexibility to travel regionally and globally
