Transformation Finance Leader

We are seeking an experienced transformation finance leader to join our team and drive the operational finance function forward. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transforming finance functions in high-growth environments and will be able to partner with investors, CEO, and business heads to drive sustainable value creation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive finance strategy aligned with corporate and investor priorities.
- Oversee the transformation of the operational finance function, implementing automation, scalable systems, and analytics to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with private equity investors on strategic investment, capital allocation, and portfolio optimization.
- Collaborate with CEO and business heads to deliver profitability, operational efficiency, and shareholder returns.
- Ensure robust financial control, governance, and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Requirements:
- 15 years' experience in financial controlling, with 5+ years in senior leadership within financial services.
- A proven track record of finance transformation in high-growth or investor-backed environments.
- Experience working directly with private equity investors on strategy and value creation.
- Fluency in Mandarin to support and liaise with Hong Kong and Greater China stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
