About the Role

The Assistant Facilities Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing technical personnel, specialists, and direct vendors
  • Planning and implementing preventive maintenance programs
  • Ensuring proper contract administration and management
  • Collaborating with M&E services teams and soft services facilities management


To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet challenging goals within tight deadlines. A suitable candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, Facilities, or Estate Management, or a relevant discipline. A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position is preferred, particularly in handling government properties or statutory boards.
