- Develop and implement engagement strategies for assigned regions in collaboration with NTU stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.
- Foster a network of key partners and stakeholders locally and internationally.
- Plan and execute high-impact programs involving international guests, official trips of NTU leaders, and other events with international stakeholders.
- Prepare events attended by NTU leaders, including reports, communication plans, talking points, and on-site engagement as needed.
- Support administrative and strategic processes for NTU's internationalization strategies.
- Degree in International Relations, Public Relations, Business, Communications, or relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years' experience in international relations or developing relations with diverse stakeholders/international bodies/organisations.
- Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and diplomatic awareness.
- Strong team player with networking skills and ability to engage people at all levels.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, meticulous, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Resourceful researcher with access to internet and other sources.
- Established network of contacts in a region or proficiency in a foreign language is an advantage.
- Comfortable with international travel (estimated 2-3 trips per year) to support NTU activities in key regions.
