  • Job Description:
    • Develop and implement health-related programmes that align with our objectives of delaying, reversing and managing frailty.
    • Participate in designing health and fitness programmes and providing health coaching that supports healthy ageing in the community.
    • Manage programme registration, attendance, scheduling, utilisation and membership promotion, publicity and retention.
    • Support the Senior Manager to review and align programme to effectiveness in delaying, reversing and managing frailty.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Certificate / Diploma in Sports and Exercise Sciences or equivalent.
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
    • Excellent listening skills.
    • Precise attention to detail.
    • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach.
    • Ability to make autonomous decisions within the remit of the role.
    • Ability to multi-task and think creatively when confronted with a new situation.
