Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and coordinate the healthcare journey of high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage logistics, including appointment/treatment scheduling, transport arrangements, documentation, and real-time communication with clients or their representatives.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide timely responses to inquiries, including referrals from medical professionals.
  • Assist clients with understanding treatment costs, generating estimates, and facilitating billing, insurance, and payment processes.
Requirements
  • Degree in Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally in healthcare, aviation, luxury hospitality, or executive services.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
