Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of low-power digital test architectures for complex systems-on-chip (SoCs). The ideal candidate will possess expertise in subthreshold operation using standard electronic design automation (EDA) tools.

  • Develop and implement DFT architecture and infrastructure that meet rigorous quality standards.
  • Generate, analyze, and optimize structural test vectors to ensure comprehensive coverage, efficient test time, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct thorough pre/post-layout scan and memory built-in self-test (MBIST) simulations to validate test efficacy.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to address static timing analysis (STA), physical, power, and logical issues related to digital test.
  • Work collaboratively with test engineers to successfully bring up test vectors on silicon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Test Architecture Development: Design and implement low-power digital test architectures that optimize performance, reduce power consumption, and enhance overall system reliability.
  • Test Vector Generation and Optimization: Develop and refine structural test vectors to achieve high-quality results, minimize test time, and control costs.
  • Simulation and Validation: Conduct thorough pre/post-layout scan and MBIST simulations to guarantee test effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address STA, physical, power, and logical issues related to digital test.
  • Test Ecosystem Enablement: Collaborate with test engineers to successfully integrate test vectors onto silicon, ensuring seamless transition from development to production.
