About the Role:

We are seeking a Compliance Management Specialist to join our team at Parkway Pantai Limited. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Co-manage the IHH Group Compliance Unit by staying up-to-date with global corporate regulatory developments and ensuring IHH-wide compliance.
  • Co-manage the Group Data Protection Office and provide leadership and support to all Division Data Protection Offices.
  • Support the formulation and implementation of IHH Group policies owned or supported by the compliance function.
  • Support the implementation of IHH Group projects involving the compliance function.
  • Develop and maintain IHH Group knowledge management systems for the compliance function.
  • Produce and maintain IHH Group documentation for the compliance function.
  • Manage affairs of the Group Data Protection Office.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree from a reputable university.
  • Certification in Data Protection.
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience dealing with corporate compliance matters.
  • Specialised Data Protection knowledge.
  • Data Protection-related contract review skills.
  • Policy and report writing skills.
