Job Title: Senior E-commerce Integration Specialist

At Link Compliance, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior E-commerce Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in integrating applications and systems, with a focus on e-commerce platforms.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of the position.

Company Overview:

Link Compliance is a leading advisory and managed services company in Singapore, providing cutting-edge solutions to clients across various industries.

The successful candidate will work closely with our application team to address challenges related to batch workflow in Automic and file transfer rules in IBM Sterling. This includes tightening security, addressing BAU batch and file transfer issues, and supporting Automic AWA and IBM File Transfer BAU change requests, incidents, and IT projects.

The role also involves supporting audit requirements for batch workflow in Automic and file transfer rule in IBM Sterling by providing detailed RFLs for client application systems. Additionally, the candidate will support interface connectivity across SP internal systems and connectivity with client partners.

We require the successful candidate to perform market trial onboarding for active Market Retailers as per user request, support regular PGP key renewal, IP address and user password change, onboard end users to SFX, and liaise with external partners to refresh authentication keys in QA and PROD.

The Automation Technical Lead will lead the Automic Upgrade project for SIT and UAT testing, provide guidance on file transfer event setup and batch job design, creation, and modification, automate on-boarding and off-boarding trading partner in SFX, and improve provisioning process for Automic and SFX project environments.

In addition, the Technical Solutions Consultant will automate migration process from QA to PROD for file routing rules, trading partners, and encryption keys.

Salary:

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of the position.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong technical skills, including expertise in Automic, IBM Sterling, and SFX. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
