Leadership Trainer
Job Description:This leadership role oversees the management of track access systems and publishes weekly notices for restricted area access. The Superintendent is responsible for chairing the Weekly Coordination Meeting with Clients and Contractors for Track Access Request.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement training modules to ensure staff competency in carrying out their works safely.
- Supervise and audit site operation and safety within the Center, guiding the Assistant Superintendent as necessary.
- Assist in drafting management papers, tender documents, and client presentations on plantroom/workshop equipment usage.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Head of Company, including reviewing safety/operation documents and submitting method statements and reports.
Additional responsibilities include managing work groups or contractors for building services/structure maintenance works, core system (Signaling/Comms/Control) maintenance works, and supporting overseas assignments if necessary.
Requirements:- A degree certification in E&M Engineering discipline working in a railway operation environment.
- Experience in railway operation, train testing, and commissioning work would be an advantage.
- Training will be provided to candidates to perform railway operation duties.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office application for report submission and presentation.
- Self-motivated and able to cross-train and learn new skills.
- Able to lead and take charge of a team of work group.
- Possess a relevant Class 3 or 4 local driving license would be an advantage.
