This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing a team of engineers to undertake detailed design and tender documentation for large-scale industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in leading teams.

  • Manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality designs and tenders;
  • Evaluate technical aspects of tenders received by clients;
  • Direct liaison with client's technical directors;
  • Review and monitor contractor's design submittals;
  • Chair regular design review coordination meetings with contractors;
  • Provide technical support to resident site staff during construction, erection, and commissioning phases;
  • Ensure overall technical accuracy and adequacy of contractor's deliverables;

Requirements:

  • A professional engineer/chartered engineer registered in their country of practice;
  • A minimum of 20 years of relevant engineering experience in large-scale industrial/utilities projects;
  • Relevant experience in delivering large-scale solid waste management projects;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
