Job Title: Senior IT Technical Lead

This senior-level position is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, hardware, networks, and systems to ensure smooth daily operations.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in IT infrastructure management, including network administration, database management, and system administration. In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and oversee IT infrastructure, hardware, networks, and systems to ensure high availability and performance
  • Lead and mentor the IT team, providing technical guidance, training, and performance management
  • Administer and monitor databases and applications to ensure security, stability, and optimal performance
  • Manage and support ERP systems (SAP Business One, Microsoft Business Central) including customization, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Plan and manage IT budgets, sourcing, procurement, and vendor relationships for systems and services
Requirements:
  • Proficient in IT infrastructure, systems administration, database management, and network/security
  • Hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP Business One, Microsoft Business Central/NAV), SDLC implementation
  • Proficient in SQL, Crystal Reports, and programming (SQL, Visual Basic, Stored Procedures)
  • Able to manage projects, meet deadlines, and deliver technical solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
