Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead to spearhead our medical device development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for formulating the company's product and technology roadmap in consultation with top management. Additionally, the Senior Technical Lead will provide technical guidance to a team of engineers and ensure that design solutions meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in product development, preferably in the medical industry or other highly regulated sectors
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, mechatronic, or opto-mechanical fundamentals
  • Familiarity with various manufacturing technologies and processes
  • A proven track record of design innovation and patent development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
