Job Description

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of technical experts in Singapore to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Your primary role will be to lead cross-functional efforts, drive sales activities, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver business results.

You will work closely with the Sales Leadership team to develop strategic account plans, identify opportunities, and provide resources to support pre- and post-sales activities. Additionally, you will mentor and coach new hires, conduct regular performance reviews, and manage talent retention.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse groups, challenge assumptions, and lead towards peak performance. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with new technologies and adapt to changing market conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 10+ years of experience in technically selling and supporting software products to IT organizations
  • At least 2+ years of experience leading Enterprise Solutions Teams
  • Experience with security and observability products and services
  • Domain expertise in Security Operations, application development, and Observability
  • Ability to work with diverse groups, challenge, and lead towards peak performance
  • Strong growth mindset and change agility
