### Overview

### Job Description
As a senior technical lead, you will be responsible for reviewing contractors' proposals, technical specifications, and compliance with authorities' requirements for tender, submission, and construction. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.

### Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate contractors' proposals and technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with authorities' requirements for tender, submission, and construction.
  • Work closely with the project team to develop and implement project execution plans.
  • Maintain high-quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.


### Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years' working experience in project management, geotechnical/infrastructural/civil engineering projects as a main team player.
  • Extensive knowledge of statutory codes, PSSCOC or equivalent, contract administration management of claims and EOT, progress reporting, site management and supervision, project execution plan, and quality control procedures.
