Job Overview

We are seeking a high-potential intern to join our Human Resource Services team in Singapore. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in HR practices, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR Services team in rolling out initiatives, policies, and guidelines.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
  • Contribute to associate relations activities, such as conflict resolution and employee engagement.
  • Draft and create presentations for internal HR communications.
  • Review and enroll new employees in the onboarding program.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A passion for the Human Resources discipline.
  • The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Salary Information

This internship is open to undergraduate students in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or Accounting. The estimated salary for this position is between $3,500 SGD to $4,000 SGD per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
