About the Role

Our company seeks a senior-level professional to spearhead our expansion across Southeast Asia. As Country Manager, you will lead student recruitment, forge partnerships with local institutions, and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Market Expansion & Recruitment: Develop strategies for postgraduate and executive education programs in Southeast Asia, identify new markets, and represent our company at industry events.
  • Partnerships & Institutional Collaboration: Build relationships with universities, corporate clients, and government agencies to expand our market presence, negotiate agreements, and ensure alignment with local needs.
  • Compliance & Operations: Ensure adherence to education regulations, establish operational structures as needed, and provide performance reports to HQ.
  • Marketing & Brand Development: Localize marketing campaigns, strengthen brand awareness through digital platforms, and lead info sessions to drive visibility and enrollments.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred), a minimum of 5 years of experience in international education, student recruitment, or business development in the ASEAN region, and strong networking skills.

  • Key Qualifications: Proven track record of market expansion and cross-border operations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to operate independently across multiple markets, and willingness to travel extensively.
