We are looking for an experienced Scent Design Strategist to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our scent design community, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovation strategies that drive product solutions and position us as a market leader.

Your primary objective will be to stimulate ideation across the organization, uncover new consumer solutions, and develop processes to drive business growth. You will work closely with our Consumer Insight teams to generate relevant insights and deepen understanding of market, consumer, and customer needs.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as chemistry, fragrance, marketing, or business. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in an international environment is required, along with excellent olfactive communication skills, project management skills, and English language fluency.
