About this Role:
Palliative NurseWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate group of Registered Nurses with strong backgrounds in palliative care.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant clinical experience, be fully registered, and demonstrate a deep commitment to providing holistic and dignified care to patients with life-limiting illnesses.
- Provide compassionate patient-centered palliative care in various settings
- Conduct nursing assessments, manage symptoms, and control pain effectively
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, social workers, and allied health professionals
- Support families with anticipatory grief, care planning, and end-of-life discussions
- Maintain proper nursing documentation and follow established protocols
- Educate caregivers on patient care and coping strategies
- Respond to urgent care needs with clinical judgment and sensitivity
- Uphold patient dignity, autonomy, and comfort at all stages
