Senior HR Director Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives. The Senior HR Director will oversee all aspects of HR functions, ensuring effective talent management, employee engagement, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership across all HR functions, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, and succession planning.
  • Lead performance management, employee engagement, and change management initiatives to drive business results.
  • Drive HR digital transformation by adopting and optimizing HR technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, and employment laws.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably with Graduate Diploma in Human Resource, Organisation Development or Supply Chain Management and its equivalent or certification in HR (for example, SHRMSCP or equivalent).
  • At least 15 years of HR experience, including 10 years in senior leadership, preferably within public healthcare, logistics, or supply chain sectors.
  • Expertise in HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.
