Job Title: Senior Venue Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Venue Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our venue, ensuring that all public areas, exhibition halls, and event spaces are clean, hazard-free, and ready for guest arrival.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a high level of integrity and professionalism. They will also have relevant experience in event operations and logistics, as well as knowledge of operations and logistics requirements for events and exhibitions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of daily operations across the venue
  • Coordination of site visit logistics and event signage preparation
  • Pre-event operational checks and joint inspections with organizers
  • Management of logistical and technical requirements requested by organizers
  • Liaison with vendors to ensure services are delivered in line with agreed service levels and timelines

Additionally, the successful candidate will:

  • Conduct regular Fire and Safety inspections
  • Manage crowd control and traffic flow during high-footfall events
  • Perform duties as a trained First Aider and Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) member

Qualifications:

  • Higher NITEC or Diploma in Events Management or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event operations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to solve problems under pressure
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Relevant experience and knowledge of operations and logistics requirements for events and exhibitions
