Venue Operations Manager

The Venue Operations Manager plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by leading a seamless venue operation. This includes driving quality standards, people management, maintaining a safe working environment, and full accountability to achieve commercial results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Standards: Model ideal customer service standards and ensure every team member is committed to doing the same.
- Training and Development: Deliver serviced-based training and coaching for Team Members and other venue leaders as required.
- Inventory Management: Manage all food inventory to maximise sales and profitability.
- Product Knowledge: Drive a high level of product knowledge among the team through training.
- Team Management: Manage and lead all team members through the entire employment lifecycle.
- New Hire Onboarding: Recruit and onboard new team members as required.
- Risk Management: Record and act upon any identified hazards in the venue.
- Coaching and Feedback: Provide feedback and ongoing coaching of the team to build on product quality, knowledge, and service skills.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management plans with underperforming team members as required.
- Business Planning: Work with the operations team on venue business planning, including local marketing and community engagement.
