Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Data Backup Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in data storage, backup and recovery, and troubleshooting with a strong focus on NetBackup.

This role involves advising on technical discussions, assisting with OpsCenter/IT Analytics backup reports interpretation, and executing relevant patches/logs collection for support cases.

The successful candidate will possess knowledge of Veritas products, including Storage Foundation, Volume Manager, and Cluster Server.

Singaporean candidates are preferred, and the selected individual will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on backup and recovery-related activities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting in NetBackup OpsCenter/IT Analytics backup reports interpretation
  • Executing relevant patches/logs collection for NetBackup support cases
  • Providing expertise on Veritas products, including Storage Foundation, Volume Manager, and Cluster Server
  • Troubleshooting and management of NetBackup related issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in data storage, backup and recovery, and troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of NetBackup and Veritas products
  • Ability to provide expert-level support and guidance on backup and recovery-related activities
