**Brief Job Description & Requirements**
- Administer IT infrastructure at client premises, including but not limited to,

1) on-premises compute resources: VMware hypervisors (i.e. ESXi hosts), vCentre servers, virtual machines;
2) on-premises HPE 3PAR SAN storages, NetApp network attached storage (NAS);
3) on-premises backup master servers, VERITAS backup hardware and NetBackup software.
- Daily Operational supports.
- Managing Customer service operations for rendering & achieving quality of services.
- Responsible for resolving customer complaints on performance bottlenecks.
- Working with team in carrying out the installations, upgrades, patch management, research and changes as required.
- Storage space provision and administration
- Backup and recovery administration
- Capacity planning and management
- Inventory and Asset Management for Server and Storage equipment

**DNS, Domain Controller Tasks (Daily)**:
(a) Create, modified, Disable and Enable AD account based on Service Requests

(b) Create and modified groups and group Membership based to Service Requests

(c) Attend to AD account incident tickets.

(d) Update DNS records based on Service Requests

(e) Attend to and troubleshoot DNS related issues.
- Degree in Computer Information system or related field
- Minimum 5+ Years of total experience in Information Technology industry as Backup Administrator & Data Center Support
- Experience in backup tools like NetBackup, Networker, DPM, Veeam, Shadow Protect, undelete, HPDP
- Must have theoritical knowledge and hand-on experience on any of these devices:

- Preferably with Veritas Certification - Veritas NetBackup Administrator Specialist

- Preferably Microsoft Azure Associate / MCSA / MCSE / AWS Cloud storage certified.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
