Senior Manager

About the Job:

The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing a team of client-facing staff and driving business growth strategies. They will work closely with the Client Services Associate Director to achieve organizational outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coach a team of client-facing staff and hold direct responsibilities over their deliveries.
  2. Hold direct client relationships with all Corporate clients revenue > $50K and act as an escalation point for all clients.
  3. Support business meetings of complex clients and ensure the team prepares meeting minutes and follows up on open items till closure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to demonstrate feedback to team members under management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and tasks to deliver high-quality results.
