We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion by fostering strategic partnerships and executing growth plans.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strategies to enhance our market position and ensure our competitive edge in the industry
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the shipping industry
  • Developing a deep understanding of our businesses, including our products, services, and customer base
  • Providing regular reporting to senior leadership on business growth activities and revenue performance

You will be responsible for:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, shipping, business, or marketing related field
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present to senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective business growth plans within the shipping industry
