We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Global Head of Human Resources
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR, with a strong background in talent management, leadership development, and organizational design.

Responsibilities- Talent Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to attract, retain, and engage top talent across the globe.
- Leadership Development: Create and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and abilities of our leaders.
- Organizational Design: Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement effective organizational structures that support business objectives.
- HR Operations: Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Culture and Values: Develop and implement initiatives to promote our company values and culture.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior regional or global role.
- Hands-on experience managing HR operations across multiple countries, especially in Asia.
- Strong foundation across systems, recruitment, development, performance, and culture.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to operate across diverse teams.
- Practical, calm, and impact-oriented—focused on outcomes, not optics.
