The Role

As a Merchant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive merchant management strategy that aligns with our company's objectives. This includes analyzing merchant data and metrics to identify trends and support business reviews, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.

You will also participate in projects focused on process improvement, merchant satisfaction, and team efficiency. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of merchant management best practices.

This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with merchants. Experience in an account management role within a cryptocurrency exchange or e-commerce environment is advantageous.
