Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Team Leader to join our team. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team by defining clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Achieve sales and qualitative objectives by driving sales growth and maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store managers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff training.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, employee performance, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Diploma qualifications or equivalent experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and improving store performance.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools and ability to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
