Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Supervisor Trainee to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to develop operations plans for their teams and ensure execution, lead, manage, and motivate team members, prepare and update duty rosters in the Info-Tech HRMS Time Management System, coach and train Retail Associates on GLOB+ system usage, conduct daily briefings before shifts, provide constructive feedback and develop team skills in selling and customer service, lead by example in customer service, product knowledge, and cashiering, manage inventory SOPs and procedures, multitask effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction, exceed customer expectations through excellent service and communication, oversee and manage the team with strong leadership skills, work hours may include nights, weekends, and holidays; attend meetings as required, perform other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
