Job Title: Fine Dining Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Fine Dining Service Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is nothing short of outstanding.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our guests, providing friendly and courteous service at all times.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of our menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of food and beverages to our guests, using your expertise to make recommendations and upsell when possible.
  • Prepare and clear tables with precision and attention to detail, maintaining a clean and organized environment at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure seamless execution of service standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on all restaurant policies, procedures, and protocols, using this knowledge to provide exceptional service and resolve guest complaints efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry, preferably in a fine dining setting.
  • A strong foundation in customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a collaborative team player.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
