Interior Renovation Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to spearhead the growth of our interior renovation works for both commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage bills of quantities for tenders, progress claims, quotations, and final claims for work done on-site.
  • Oversee production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Perform quantity surveying duties, including pre- and post-contract tasks, measurement of quantities, cost control, variations, and tender administrative duties.
  • Attend site meetings and inspections, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
  • Prepare and submit tenders within specified deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or equivalent (relevant industry experience considered).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong team player attitude.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Singapore's interior design/renovation/building industry, with a focus on commercial/residential/retail interior fitting out projects.
