**About the role**

Galaxy Studio Interior Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Project Coordinator / Project Engineer to join our team in the Woodlands North Region. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects.

**What you'll be doing**
- Coordinate and manage various aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team as needed
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and progress updates

**What we're looking for**
- Relevant degree or qualification in Project Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a project coordinator or project engineer role, preferably within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
