Optoelectronic Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled Optoelectronic Researcher to join our team. As an Optoelectronic Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting research in the field of optoelectronics and developing new technologies.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in physics, mathematics, and electrical engineering, with expertise in optoelectronics, photonics, and computational electromagnetics. They should also have excellent communication and team collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • PhD Degree in Physics, Photonics, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant area with a strong background in inverse design.
  • Working experience in the field of photonic devices, topology optimization, and high-performance electromagnetic computation.
  • Mathematics and specific knowledge required in electromagnetics, electrodynamics, computer graphics, and computer-aided engineering.
  • Technical proficiency: 1) theoretical and numerical modeling of integrated optical circuits and coding high-performance computational programs such as finite element analysis and iso-geometric analysis; 2) preparation experience such as the construction of the integrated optical circuit measurement platform, the manufacture of on-chip nanophotonic devices, etc.; 3) structured light measurement involving the electric field and phase distributions.
  • Candidate should have strong publication records in reputed international journals in the field of inverse design, electromagnetic finite element calculation, and integrated optical circuits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in physics, mathematics, and electrical engineering, with expertise in optoelectronics, photonics, and computational electromagnetics. They should also have excellent communication and team collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
