Optoelectronics Engineer - Islandwide

We are seeking a highly skilled Optoelectronics Engineer to join our team in the Photonics Test Lab. As an integral part of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing test methodologies, set-ups, and testing plans and procedures to characterize optoelectronic devices.

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and procedures to ensure accurate characterization of optoelectronic devices, including transceivers, lasers, gain chips, SLEDs, and photonic integrated circuits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and wafer fab teams, to integrate test requirements into production workflows.
  • Analyze measured test results and correlate them with design requirements and simulation results to drive design improvements.
  • Generate detailed test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and upgrade test equipment, software, and calibration processes to ensure optimal performance.
