Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of HRIS strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business process improvements.
  • Ensure the accuracy, security, and functionality of HR data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in HR consultancy, HR technology, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills in HRIS systems, particularly in Workday, with expertise in Core HR, Recruitment, Learning, Performance Management, and Time and Attendance.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
