
Sales Process Manager

The Sales and Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Preparing and sending quotations to clients promptly, ensuring timeliness and attention to detail.
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Managing and tracking deliveries, ensuring on-time delivery and coordination with logistics partners or internal teams.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining and updating records related to quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer feedback.
- Liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth supply chain operations and timely deliveries.
- Addressing any operational challenges or customer issues, collaborating with other teams to find quick and effective solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Experience in inventory management, supply chain, administration, freight, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
