We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Programme Leader to spearhead our youth development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing programmes that foster leadership skills in young individuals.
About the Role
The successful candidate will lead daily learning sessions for primary school children during our June Enrichment Programme. They will also support elderly hosts as they engage with children in intergenerational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and motivational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily learning sessions for primary school children.
- Support elderly hosts in engaging with children.
- Plan and lead engaging lessons based on provided curriculum themes.
- Encourage teamwork and empathy among participants from different generations.
- Report daily reflections and track student progress.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or undergraduate students welcome.
- Experience in peer support roles, student council, interact club/service learning, or uniformed groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
