Business Development Manager in Water Market

VA TECH WABAG LTD. is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team.
This role is responsible for driving business growth and brand visibility in the water industry through the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting our innovative water solutions to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Implement effective marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably within the water industry or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of the water industry's key players, technologies, and regulatory environment.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage customer relationships.
- Analytical mindset for market research and data analysis.
