Dealer Relationship Business Developer

The role involves managing new and existing dealer relationships, which includes dealer onboarding, integration of clients, trade enquiry and execution, in a manner consistent with the corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and onboard new dealers
- Effectively market our products and services to dealers
- Assist the dealer relationship management team in developing relationships with new dealers
- Work with the client and dealer sales and product management teams to maximise EMEA / US product volumes with Asian clients
- Participate in client and product management team meetings and discussions
- Participate in sales team meetings and events
- At least 3+ year's sales experience with an investment bank, trading platform or vendor
- Solid understanding of Fixed Income markets
- Ability to articulate a compelling proposition for e-trading
- Results-driven, high energy and pro-active work ethic
- Fluency in Mandarin a strong plus
