Our client specializes in providing various financial services to an array of businesses and networks and they are looking for a Relationship Manager for their Vehicle Solution department. The incumbent will be reporting to the Senior Manager.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Hunt for new leads to onboard as dealers for third-party lease and hire purchase
- Build, maintain and extend relationships with car dealers and salesmen
- Ensure that all documents submitted by dealers are in place for processing and execution
- Visit the showroom to attend to salespersons and customers and to pick up documents
- Answer customer enquiries pertaining to leasing and hire purchase
- Provide customer service to the lessee after the delivery of the car
- ** Requirement**:

- Possess a Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the Motor industry
- Sense of ownership and responsibility, as well as the desire to achieve and succeed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external parties
- Able to multitask effectively, work independently and likes to interact with dealers and customers
- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 17:30
