**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Immigration Solutions Manager to join our team at CIBT. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent service delivery within the APAC region in accordance with global programs.

As a key point of contact for client stakeholders, you will serve as a liaison between our company and clients, providing exceptional support and guidance on immigration-related matters.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage day-to-day processes and ensure the team provides superior class service to clients.
  • Concurrently handle case work alongside managerial duties.
  • Build strong relationships with Apple employees to create loyal clients and opportunities for new business.
  • Evaluate and address client needs, offering proactive solutions.
  • Prepare filing for visa applicants, responding to foreign government inquiries, and monitoring application deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain clear timeline deliverables for each case.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Three to five years paralegal experience and/or three to five years VISA/Passport training, or three years global immigration experience.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe, and remote meeting software.
  • Able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

**Salary**

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
