Ambassador of Hospitality

We are looking for a skilled Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every interaction with our guests is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by providing attentive and personalized service to guests.
• Act as the face of our hotel, promoting our services and facilities to guests and suppliers.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner that ensures safety and security for yourself and others in the workplace.
• Have in-depth knowledge of our food and beverage menu and be able to explain it confidently to guests.
• Understand dietary requirements and offer suitable suggestions.
• Familiarize yourself with menu items from other outlets to recommend them to guests.
• Be aware of opening hours for all restaurants and hotel outlets.
• Recommend other restaurants and city attractions to guests.
• Complete preparation checks before service.
• Greet guests warmly, assist with coats and bags, and introduce yourself.
• Follow up on guest questions or concerns promptly, and if unsure, consult with your manager.
• Ensure all service procedures meet required standards.
• Clean and maintain areas according to operating procedures.
• Take personal responsibility for the service experience of all guests in your designated area.
• Greet all guests entering and exiting the restaurant, even if not assigned to your section.
• Prioritize guest service above all else.
• Demonstrate professional behavior at all times.
• Avoid using offensive or impolite language.
• Report any accidents or incidents to your supervisor or manager.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned.

• You should have a senior high school education or a specialty in hospitality.
• You should possess good English skills to meet business needs.
• You should be motivated and committed, approaching tasks with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn new skills.
• You should be flexible and responsive to changing requirements, including performing tasks requested of you.
• You should demonstrate high teamwork focus, showing cooperation and support to colleagues in pursuit of team goals.
• You should have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcohol.
• You should be able to remember, recite, and promote menu items.
• You should possess an open-minded and outgoing personality.
• You should be willing to work long hours.
• You should have a positive attitude.
