Job Description">

As a Visitor Experience Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our attractions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional visitor experiences, while also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and adhering to all health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring visitors have a positive experience
  • Engaging visitors in a professional manner and promoting our various attractions
  • Assisting visitors with enquiries and directing them to relevant information sources
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness at workstations and complying with health and safety standards
  • Projecting a professional presence at all times
  • Performing shift duties responsibly and being accountable for the smooth running of day-to-day operations

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Entry-level with a minimum GCE O' Level qualification
  • Proficient in English as a spoken language
  • Keen interest in working in the attractions industry with a passion for learning and people engagement
  • Prior experience in the attractions or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to present information to individuals or groups in a public/educational context
