Launch Product Lead

The successful candidate will drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) process at plant level, overseeing all aspects of product and packaging launches.

  • Drive NPI process, ensuring seamless product and packaging launches
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ to ensure successful launches
  • Prepare and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support assembly operations
  • Manage data in Shop Floor Control (SFC) and SAP systems
  • Understand and assist with server and rack assembly processes
  • Support packaging design for racks and large-scale assemblies
  • Lead or contribute to Kaizen initiatives and other continuous improvement projects
  • Provide hands-on support during production ramp-up phases
  • Participate in ISO audits, both internal and external

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, ideally with exposure to NPI or process engineering
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with a practical, hands-on work style
