**System Transition Specialist**

The role of System Transition Specialist is critical to the success of our products in the market. This position requires an individual who can ensure a seamless transition of products from development to launch.

As part of the Global Supply Chain organization, the System Transition Specialist will be responsible for becoming a subject matter expert on assigned sub-systems and related development tasks. This expertise will enable them to collaborate effectively with both internal and external development teams, as well as suppliers, to ensure that design and manufacturability adhere to high-quality standards.

The System Transition Specialist will support activities related to Research and Development efforts, contributing to the successful launch of projects. This includes:

  • Overseeing the design process to ensure that it aligns with business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Analyzing data to inform decision-making and drive business growth

Responsibilities include overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from development to launch. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of business operations.
