Job Title: Business Strategy and Growth Manager Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in business growth strategies? Do you have a proven track record of scaling commercial operations to drive revenue growth? We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Business Strategy and Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies that drive revenue expansion and profitability. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies that drive revenue expansion and profitability
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute strategic programs and initiatives
  • Develop and manage sales incentive plans aligned with business goals to motivate and reward the commercial team
  • Identify product gaps and build business cases based on customer needs and market opportunities
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or sales operations roles in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Proven experience designing sales operations processes, incentive plans, and performance frameworks
  • Skilled in identifying product or market gaps and building business cases to support product and commercial strategies
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience and ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and analytical skills combined with strong business judgment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
